Hi everyone, and welcome to this week’s edition of Personal Development Radar!
Since I haven’t got any announcement requests for this week, I’d like to use this opportunity and introduce you to a few blogs I really like. Please leave comments and suggest other resources our readers might find interesting.
If you have an idea or two about improving the Radar, or have an announcement to make, please visit the Personal Development Radar page and contact me!
Here are the blogs I strongly recommend you to visit:
- New blog announcement and recommendation: Mark McManus presents his Build Your Life To Order blog.
Website: http://www.buildyourlifetoorder.com/Personally: I’ve discovered this blog when I was posting the latest Personal Development Carnival here. Mark is very enthusiastic and persistent in his life, and it shows in many of his articles.
Just like many of us, Mark is reading a lot of books and online materials on personal development, and makes sure to give something back. I like a lot his articles about Think and Grow Rich philosophy and investing (How Everyone Can Be Rich is a great practical example), and glad to see Mark has also started writing about fitness: Why I Love Bodybuilding and Fitness.
-

Book: The Hidden Secret in Think and Grow RichPersonally: I’ve been reading his blog for a very long time now, and always find his articles resonating with my own experiences and ideas. Brian gives a lot of advices from his personal experience, and always explains his ideas in a very effective and easy to follow manner. Brian is an author of The Hidden Secret in Think and Grow Rich e-book, and I’ll be posting my review of this work shortly here on my blog pages. In our email conversations, I’ve always found Brian to be very friendly and helpful, his view of my questions and situations has definitely helped me learn more about and improve.

He’s a life coach increasing his reach, and it’s been very interesting to watch his experiments and read his impressions of trying various approaches to share his knowledge. Steve is a very open-minded person, and I find his articles very interesting and practical – most of them are ready to be applied in your everyday life. Thanks for a great resource, Steve!

New blog announcement: Alex Shalman presents Practical Personal Development – a pretty new blog on personal development with articles on goal setting, health and relationships. Here’s what Alex says about personal development on the main page of his website:
Personal Development is the act of actively seeking, gathering, and utilizing information in order to enrich your life. Similarly to how you would study for an exam at school you could think of it as studying for life. The more you know, the better prepared you are.
Want to specialize in a certain field of life? Such as being healthier, more productive, a better communicator, an accelerated learner, wealthier or learn how to gain a couple of hours in your day? Than you’re already a step ahead of the pack and this website is a good place to start.
